Here's what you need to know from our first game of Regions:

• The Nate Rost is a bulldog: he threw all three pitches for strikes all day in any count; didn't walk a single batter.
• Hitting three dingers in the first inning is a recipe for winning: #14 led off the game with an oppo-taco; Ni. Rost and K. Bergstrom would eventually go back-to-back. Oh yeah, A. Henkemeyer hit one in the 4th, his 14th on the season.
• Nick Rost is a really good third basemen: he made three or four really nice diving plays, stealing hits from the opposing squad, helping out baby bro.
• K. Henkemeyer is wearing out the "3" button on my computer: another three knock game for Dad; all slap-and-tickle all day long.
