Apologies for the delay in the game recap, I forgot to grab the iPad on my way out of the dugout, had to get to BK before it closed to deal with my post-game sorrows. We all cope with losing in our own ways.

Much and more could be said about this game, but seeing as how I'm nearly certain we'll have another contest against the Lakers from Faribault in the Region 3C playoffs, we'll leave it at a few short comments.

First, The Nate Rost battled, the guy is just a bulldog.

Second, everyone worked hard, the stats and score only tell part of the story.

Third, it was a genuinely fun, exciting game (despite the heat), and we're looking forward to the next one.
